I´ve enjoyed sports and being physically active as long as I can remember.
When I was 7 years old I accompanied my big brother to the table tennis training in the small village of Östra Frölunda in Sweden- After the training the trainer said: “If you practice a little every day I´m sure you can be on the national team”.
This encouraged me to practice not only table tennis but also tennis (by myself – hitting the ball against the wall of the school building), soccer, athletics and BADMINTON.
Badminton became my sport when we moved to a bigger village/small town called Svenljunga and we were many youngsters having great fun for several years together.
At the age of 17 I moved from Svenljunga to Gothenburg to focus on badminton (I was already on the Junior National Team).
After 8 years on the national team I moved to Hungary to study music and my badminton career was now limited to playing league in Hungary and Sweden.
In 1998, I discovered RACKETLON and won my first Swedish Champion´s title in 1999.
